Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and is not permitted on systems NightByte Labs operates or provides. It applies to all customers, their end-users, and anyone else using the services.
Prohibited content
No content that is illegal under Jordanian law or the law of the jurisdiction where it is accessed. This includes child sexual abuse material, content inciting violence, and content infringing the intellectual property rights of others.
Prohibited activities
No unsolicited bulk email, no network abuse (port scanning, DDoS origination, credential brute-forcing), no operating malware command-and-control, no cryptocurrency mining without prior written approval.
Security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Resource limits
We reserve the right to throttle or suspend workloads that degrade service for others. Where a workload exceeds plan limits, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate plan before enforcement.
Reporting abuse
To report a suspected AUP violation, email legal@nightbyte.cc with as much detail as possible. We investigate all reports and respond within five (5) business days.
Enforcement
Violations may result in content takedown, suspension, or termination without refund. We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
