GDPR Compliance
Last updated: April 2026
NightByte Labs processes the personal data of EU and UK residents in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018. This page summarizes your rights and how we meet our obligations.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data; have it corrected; have it erased; restrict processing; object to processing; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent where processing is based on it.
How to exercise your rights
Send a request to legal@nightbyte.cc. We respond within one month. If your request is complex we may extend by an additional two months and will explain why.
Legal bases we rely on
Performance of a contract; our legitimate interests in running the business (balanced against your rights); compliance with legal obligations; and, where applicable, your consent.
International transfers
Some of our subprocessors are outside the EU/UK. Where we transfer personal data internationally we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Data Processing Addendum
We make a DPA available on request for business customers whose use involves us processing personal data of their end-users.
Lodging a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. For EU residents, contact your national data protection authority; for UK residents, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
