Payment & Billing

Last updated: April 2026

This page describes how invoicing, payments, and currency handling work at Darkyn Labs. It supplements the Terms of Service.

Invoicing

Invoices are issued in USD by default. We can invoice in EUR, GBP, or JOD by prior agreement. Each invoice shows an order reference, a line-item breakdown, applicable taxes, and a due date.

Accepted methods

Bank transfer (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and certain cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT, USDC) via our payment partner. Method availability depends on your region.

Card payments

Card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified third-party provider. We do not see or store full card numbers. A small subset of transactions may be subject to 3-D Secure authentication.

Taxes

Jordanian GST is added where applicable. For business customers in the EU/UK, VAT is handled via reverse charge on valid VAT numbers. US customers are responsible for any use-tax obligations in their state.

Receipts and records

Every payment produces a PDF receipt emailed to the billing contact on file. A full invoice archive is available on request for up to seven (7) years.

Disputes

Before filing a chargeback, please contact billing@nightbyte.cc. Most disputes are resolvable within one business day.
