Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want our engagements to feel fair. This policy explains when refunds apply, how we handle cancellations, and what to do if something has gone wrong.

Project engagements

Custom engineering and consulting engagements are billed in milestones. If we fail to deliver a milestone to the written specification and cannot remediate within a reasonable period, the prepaid portion of that milestone is refundable.

Monthly services

Subscription services (Site Health Monitor, Content & SEO Operations) include a 7-day introductory refund window for new customers. After the first 7 days, you may cancel at any time to stop future billing; the current month is not prorated.

How to request

Email billing@nightbyte.cc with your order or invoice reference and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.

Non-refundable items

Third-party costs we incurred on your behalf (cloud credits, domain registrations, paid software licenses, ad spend) are not refundable once committed. These are always called out separately on the invoice.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved within a day. Chargebacks filed without a prior support request may result in suspension of active services pending resolution.
