Recruiter Agreement

NightByte Labs does not accept unsolicited candidate submissions from staffing agencies or recruiters. Any such submission becomes the property of NightByte Labs and no fee will be paid in the event of a hire.

Authorized engagements

We work with a small number of pre-authorized recruiting partners on specific, signed engagements only. An agreement is 'signed' only if countersigned by an authorized officer of the company — not by individual team members.

Submissions without an agreement

Resumes, profiles, or introductions sent without a signed, active agreement are considered unsolicited. We reserve the right to contact submitted candidates directly without any obligation to the submitting recruiter or agency.

How to propose a partnership

Send a brief introduction and proposed terms to legal@nightbyte.cc. We review quarterly.
